get to know your candle!

please wait 2 weeks after the pour date before burning your candle for the first time. this will allow the fragrance to bind completely with the wax & ensure a better scent throw.

allow the wax to melt to the edge of the container during the first burn. this will help limit tunneling & promote even burning through the life of your candle.

trimming the wick each time you burn your candle will help prevent smoking, soot & mushrooming of the wick.

your candle may develop a white crystalline appearance known as “frosting.” this is a natural byproduct of soy wax & will not affect the candle’s performance.

soy candles may “sweat” in warm weather. wipe away the excess oil with a tissue or paper towel before lighting.

your candle may have a rough, pitted or bumpy top after burning. this is a characteristic of all-natural soy wax.

color embeds may bleed over time. every step has been taken to prevent this, but it is a natural occurrence with soy wax.
